Can i come to the warehouse ?
Yes! Not that you will need to once we get you set up. We provide all labour. You are always welcome to drop in to chat with the team or to view your stock.
how is storage charged ?
Our pick pack facility in Tullamarine is your new home to receive goods from your suppliers and store your inventory. We can store by the pallet space or cubic metre, with a clear weekly charge on the space used.
is there a high minimum cost per week ?
Outsourcing is about variable costing. Only paying for services you use. Ready Warehouse loves working with growing brands and you can get started for less than $40 per week.
how do i know new stock has arrived ?
When your stock reaches our warehouse, it is checked and added to our warehousing system. You will get an alert and can view the receipt online, in real time.
can you receive orders from shopify and ebay ?
Our warehousing system connects with all major ecommerce carts, such as Shopify, Magento. Also all leading marketplaces, like our personal favourite eBay. This pushes status updates and tracking numbers automatically.
Can you accept return orders?
Yes, our warehouse is there to accept and process any return orders that come in. We follow your returns processes and provide all information online.
